This free service is provided to assist you in establishing a value for the resale of your trade show exhibit. Although the process is automated, we are just a phone call away to answer questions. We are not a classified ad provider so our program is totally free and we do all the work. That's right. You don't have to advertise, answer phone calls or sell your booth yourself. We do it all. We handle all the inquiries, the interviews, provided detail explanations about your properties and show the prospective buyer how your booth can work for them. Next, we set an appointment with your storage facility for booth inspection. We pay the inspection fee ahead of time and provide the prospective buyer hands-on review of the properties in detail.

 

There is no listing fee and no advertising fee. We pay all sales related expenses. This is the only totally free program in the industry. We do not charge a broker's fee, we sell on consignment. That means, we work for our profit margin and you have no investment in the process. Like a real estate broker we happily list your booth for sale and work 24/7 to find a home for it.

 

NOTE: MULTIPLE BOOTH EVALUATION

If you are seeking an evaluation for more than one booth, you must modify your company name and use a different email address for each entry. The system uses the first four letter of your company name and the storage location zip code to create the file name. The system internally identifies the product by the email address you provide.

This is not your asking price but the expected sales price you would be able to derive from a successful negotiation before having to pay for advertising, broker fees and warehouse handling fees that could cost you several thousand of dollars.

(2) Your Net Proceed (NP) from the sale through OUR consignment process

A Rating - Package comprises a complete 3D-CAD file from construction drawings to details, professional photos and a certified inventory.
B Rating - Package includes a complete set of drawings in pdf format, several photos describing the exhibit well, a complete warehouse inventory spreadsheet including size, weight and content.
C Rating - Package includes some drawings, photos and maybe an inventory.
