| What they say... Hi, Our company bought last year "Jones" exhibit stand to your company. It was mounted in Angola, Africa and made success. I have a demand of a customer for a 200 to 300 sq. meter display. Mr. Stefane d'Avad still there? My compliments to him. Thanks and Regards

Size Select the largest size space you expect to use with this exhibit. There are no exhibits that can "do everything" well. The most successful exhibits have been selected because they supported a specific marketing plan. If you attend eight 10x20 linear shows and only one 20x30 a year, it's a mistake to buy a large exhibit and pay expensive warehouse fees, when one should buy a 10x20 and rent a 20x30 once a year. A used two-story exhibit may sell for less then a used 20x30 exhibit but will cost much more to transport, setup and store. (back to the form) Exhibit Colors Base exhibit colors are usually selected to contrast your product or enhance your service presentation. Selecting a more generic color like white, gray will give you more flexibility. Accent colors will reflect your corporate or product color (back to the form) Finish Leave this choice open for more flexibility and choices unless it is important for your presentation to use front runner fabric to which you will velcroed products, or slat walls for shelving etc. (back to the form) Style You may want to select ALL, because little cosmetic changes can convert the style of the booth. Rounded edge countertops can make a square counter look contemporary. (back to the form) Marketing Application This is where you decide how you want to project your image or present your products or services. (back to the form) Rooms Think of what you really need as a room. Sometimes, a couch backed up against a wall and two Fichus trees and a large fern will give you as much privacy as you need to take a client aside and save money on conference room material. (back to the form) Theater presentation A theater presentation can be a sit-down open-air live presentation or product information on a plasma screen. It can also be a private viewing of video and a closing room. (back to the form) Location Spending $1,000 to travel coast to coast to inspect an exhibit is a small investment when you are saving $30k/40k on the purchase of an exhibit. If you elect to search for an exhibit in your neighborhood, you may miss out on the .right. exhibit. (back to the form) |
