Purchaser shall hold WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC., the ISP and any of it’s sales or marketing associates harmless from, and indemnify WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. and against any such claim, demand, loss or damage, whether based in contract or in tort. Users agree to indemnify and hold World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through use of this site. This includes but is not limited to risks associated with foreign nationals, underage persons, or persons acting under false pretense. Users must be of legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts. The Sales Price is the price paid for the purchase of the exhibit properties only. Fees are subject to change at any time. Handling out of storage, transportation and storage after the sale are not included in the purchase price and will be charged separately. Terms are COD, FOB actual storage location. WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. makes no guarantee or otherwise represent that the listing of SELLER's EXHIBIT will result in a sale thereof. Should a SELLER breach any World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. Auction and/or Sale Agreement by intentionally obstructing or negating a viable sale or rental of the EXHIBIT or by removing the exhibit from storage without notice to WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. , or using the exhibit during the term hereof, SELLER must pay to WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. , in lieu of the enforcement of this Agreement, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000), plus all disclosed incurred trade show service expenses. By listing a exhibit for sale, SELLER manifests its intention and capability to sell the exhibit and refusal to do so after a buyer’s commitment has been expressed so may be legally subject to lawsuit. Manipulating prices either by use of a shill or by bidding “for the house” will constitute a breach of ethic and may be liable for legal pursuit. The listing of exhibits without having written ownership of such exhibits is prohibited. The content of this website including trademarks and logos are the sole property of World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. and may not be reproduced or adapted without the written consent of World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. Submitted visual and information material becomes the property of the site. Site visitors, designers and other users agree to indemnify and hold harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through use of this system. World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any bid or refuse service to anyone at any time. Users must be of legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts. World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. cannot guarantee preservation of records, and may delete information without notice, at its sole discretion. World Exhibit Brokers, Inc. cannot guarantee the integrity of the users or and is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the Internet. Selling price does not include labor charges, viewing fees, loading, handling and transportation of the properties. Inventory may not include furniture, carpet, product equipment or graphics stated in featured images, text or inventory. Inventory must be verified by the purchaser at purchaser's cost. Most exhibits are drawn to scale. Occasionally dimensions may be estimated due to lack of information. Most exhibit properties can be reconfigured to meet other requirements then they were intended for. Additional parts may be needed for that purpose.

IS AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE WITH RESPECT TO WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. . LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. PROVIDERS. NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. OR INABILITY TO USE WORLD EXHIBIT BROKERS, INC. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SERVICE PROVIDERS., AND THEIR INFORMATION PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AND EACH SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASSERT AND ENFORCE SUCH PROVISION DIRECTLY ON ITS OWN BEHALF. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS PARAGRAPH AND THE PRECEDING PARAGRAPH WILL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
